With its huge 3.9? touchscreen display, the Asus Aurora can work in both vertical and horizontal mode like, a feature similar to that of an IPhone. Yet the thing that this phone has and others don’t is the QWERTY keyboard that folds out so you can use either the touchscreen or the keypad, depending on your preferences. Other features include a 2 megapixel camera, a microSD memory card slot, GSM, UMTS, HSDPA, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity.

Asus has just launched the J501 super-slim slider phone in Taiwan. Measuring 103 x 48 x 16.6 mm and weighing 100 g, it’s got a 2.2 inch 260k color TFT LCD screen at a 240 x 320 resolution and a 2 megapixel camera, also supporting MP3, AAC, WAV, MPEG 4, H.263 file formats and Bluetooth connectivity. The small 5MB internal memory can obviously be extended through a memory slot.
